50 shades of green 💚 Is it me or is this spring more green and lush than ever? Feeling very grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world 😊 Tiny changes can add up to big differences. And, by ditching spray deodorants and the toxins within them you are doing your body a big favour 💚 These two! 😍😍 I took this picture last week while on my morning walk. Something about it amuses me, the two little lambs just look so cheeky, it kind of reminds me of my two feisty girls. Perhaps it's also because the mum sheep is looking out to the distance or into the future and I feel that we're now able to do that in our lives. What if we prepare for the best instead of the worst? Past experience has shown me that no amount of preparing for the worst actually helps when the worst happens. When the worst happens and you're in a crisis situation, you are just in the moment, dealing with whatever is happening. When you turn the corner and are greeted with … yellow 💛 Today I am celebrating a tiny win - reaching the 20,000 wordcount on my book! 👏 I know there's still a long long way to go but it's important to pause and acknowledge how far I've come. Although writing is my 'day job', writing this book is different. This is special, this is a labour of love - this is me sharing my journey of healing, health, happiness and harmony with my girls and anyone else who may want to listen. Sometimes all we need is to look at things from a different perspective 🙃 I recently sat under this beautiful tree and gazed up at the clear blue sky through its intricate network of branches. The clarity I needed came to me. Is anyone else a 'Little Miss Fix It'? This is something I'm working on - trying to fix everyone and everything all the time. It comes from a place of love and of wanting people to be well and happy. But in recent times I've become aware that not everyone wants or needs to be fixed, sometimes they just need to be seen and heard. Slowing down and noticing the small wonders of this amazing planet truly brings me such joy 💚 It is only with getting older and hitting my forties that I really started to discover this.
